  • United States

Shipping availability may vary depending on product size, destination, and carrier access.

 

Processing Times

Stock Products

Items such as handles, pull bars, and standard hardware typically ship within:

  • 3-10 business days depends on the product

Custom & Special Orders

Custom doors, windows, patio doors, and made-to-order products typically require:

  • 4–12 weeks production time

Production timelines may vary depending on manufacturer availability, customization, and seasonal demand.

Customers will be notified once orders are ready for shipment or pickup.

 

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of many products, orders may ship through:

  • Freight carriers
  • LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping
  • Standard parcel services

Large items such as doors, patio doors, and windows are curbside delivery only unless otherwise specified.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Ensuring delivery access for large freight trucks
  • Inspecting shipments upon delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.


Freight Damage & Claims

All shipments must be inspected upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Notify Aslan Supply within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.

Do not install damaged products.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size
  • Weight
  • Delivery location
  • Freight requirements

Remote or limited-access areas may require additional shipping charges.


USA Orders

Customers ordering from the United States are responsible for:

  • Any applicable import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes or brokerage charges

Shipping timelines to the USA may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier processing.


Delays

Aslan Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Manufacturer backorders
  • Events outside our control

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Order Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders in Ontario.

Customers will be contacted once pickup orders are ready.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
