Refund policy

Returns

At Aslan Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, many items are custom ordered, oversized, or specially manufactured.

Eligible Returns

The following items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery:

  • Handles
  • Pull bars
  • Standard hardware accessories
  • Stock/non-custom products

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must not be installed
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-sized doors
  • Custom windows
  • Custom patio doors
  • Special order products
  • Installed products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery or installation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos of the issue and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.


Order Cancellations

  • Stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed or shipped
  • Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For refused deliveries or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
